When to pick another cluster
Fujian is strong in one thing. For a first run, or anything that is not sportswear, one of these usually fits better.
If it is your first activewear run
Guangdong is usually where we start: small to mid orders and fast sampling. Fujian gets interesting at volume.

Jiangsu is known for sweaters, wool knitting and tailoring, and for structured garments.

Fujian is a footwear cluster too, but we place apparel only: no footwear, bags or hard goods, and no fast-fashion drop-ship.
Chinese New Year applies everywhere: factories close for roughly 2–4 weeks in late January or February, and output drops before the break.

The usual China horror story starts with 100% paid up front. Ours ends with a third-party inspector checking the finished order before the 70% leaves your account.

At volume, often yes: Fujian, especially Quanzhou and Jinjiang, is the sportswear cluster. For a first run, we usually start in Guangdong, which suits small to mid orders and samples faster.
No. Fujian is also a footwear cluster, but we place apparel only: no footwear, bags or hard goods.
From 200 pieces per style. The fabric mill often sets the real minimum per color, because performance fabric is knitted and dyed to order. Fewer colors, or a stock fabric, keep it down.
Sampling takes 2–4 weeks, and stretch styles often need more than one fit round. Bulk takes 8–10 weeks from the approved sample. Start at least 14 weeks before a ship date and plan around Chinese New Year.
The factory quotes you and bills you directly. A 30% deposit starts bulk, and the 70% balance is paid only after a third-party inspection of the finished goods. Our fee, if any, is quoted in writing before any work starts.
