  1. Tech pack, sketch or photos. No tech pack? Get one for $79 per style, ready in 3–5 working days.
  2. Pieces per style and colorways. The mill can set a higher minimum per color.
  3. Target price per piece, in USD. It tells us which factory fits.
  4. Your ship date. We work back from it: 14 weeks is the safe start.

    A 30% deposit starts bulk after you approve the sample. A third-party inspection checks the finished goods, then you pay the 70% balance.

  • Our team reads it and replies by email within 24 hours, with a straight answer on fit. If it fits, a documented factory we have visited in person is assigned within 7 days of a qualified brief, and that factory quotes you directly.

  • Yes. If we can place it, our fee is quoted in writing after we read the brief, before any work starts, and it is never tied to your order size. We take no commission from factories.

  • Send what you have. A sketch, photos or a reference garment is enough to start, and we ask for the rest by email. A factory needs a tech pack to quote accurately; we make one for $79 per style in 3–5 working days.

  • From 100 pieces per style for knits, jersey, wovens and dresses; 150 for outerwear and tailoring; 200 for denim and activewear. Custom-dyed fabric can raise the minimum per colorway, because the mill sets the dye-lot minimum.

  • Brands that need a unit price below what a documented factory can do at 100 pieces; footwear, bags and hard goods (we do apparel only); and fast-fashion drop-ship.
